For students, ZIRA offers more than just a career start. Through the ZIRA Talent Academy (ZTA), participants gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and the opportunity to work on real projects in a fully agile setup.

What started as a development-focused program has continued to grow, and in 2025, ZIRA introduced a new QA track alongside the existing Dev track, opening the door for future QA engineers to gain their first industry experience as well.
